Satin Finished Sealer
Base: Solvent Based Acrylic Sealer Coverage: At 2-3 thin coats 200 square feet per gallon. Application: It is preferable to an all metal pump sprayer, but a thick plastic pump sprayer will work as well. Apply in very thin coats because if applied to thickly your sealer can potentially pool in low spots, appearing uneven. Gloss Level: Satin Finish/Medium Gloss 2-3 thin coats; High Gloss 3-4 thin coats. Benefits: Easiest and quickest of the sealers to apply. At 1,000 sq ft one coat can be applied within 10-15 minutes. By spraying your sealer your surface appears more natural without leaving roller or applicator lines. Also the sprayable sealer allows you to achieve either a high gloss or satin finished appearance. Cure and Seal: No, this sealer is not a cure and seal. Your concrete should cure for at least 10 days before applying. Cure time: Depending on the amount of sealer applied allow 24-48 hours before allowing light foot traffic and approximately 72-96 hours before vehicle and heavy foot traffic. Allow your sealer to cure at least one full week before applying our floor wax. Environmental/ VOC Regulations: Due to new regulations this sealer is illegal in California and much of the northeastern United States. Click Here for a map of which sealers are legal in your area. |
