Base: Water Based Acrylic Sealer

Coverage Area: At 2-3 thin coats approximately 200 square feet; at 3-4 thin coats approximately 150 square feet.

Gloss Level: Medium Gloss 2-3 thin coats; High Gloss 3-4 thin coats.

Application: Very short napped roller with no texture. You can also apply it with a standard plastic pump sprayer and level the sealer using a short napped roller with no texture.

Cure and Seal: Yes, you can apply this sealer to damp freshly finished concrete as soon as the surface cannot be marred, and water sheen disappears. Do not apply over freestanding water.

Cure Time: Depending on the amount of sealer applied allow 24-48 hours before allowing light foot traffic and approximately 72-96 hours before vehicle and heavy foot traffic. Allow your sealer to cure at least one full week before applying our floor wax.
