If you complete a purchase within 48 hours prior or after a Direct Colors sale or promotion, you may be eligible for a credit.
- The items purchased must match the sale's specifics such as size, amount, product type, and minimum order value.
- To claim a credit, you must email [email protected] within 48 hours of the promotion's end and include:
- Your order number
- Reference the specific sale or promotion
- Direct Colors will review and if all conditions are met will process eligible credits
