Use a solvent-compatible airless sprayer capable of at least 0.5 GPM.

Use a .015"–.019" spray tip. A 517 tip is a good general-use starting point. Use 515 for lighter output on smooth surfaces and 519 for heavier output on textured, stamped, or broom-finished concrete.

Use an industrial concrete sprayer rated for solvent-based sealers, with solvent-resistant seals/gaskets, a brass or stainless wand, and a fan-tip nozzle. Do not use standard garden sprayers unless specifically rated for xylene/solvent-based coatings.

Solvent-based sealers produce strong fumes. Interior spaces must be unoccupied and fully vacated during application and should remain vacant for a couple of days after sealing, or until fumes have fully dissipated and the area is safe to re-enter.
