Return Policy
- Must be within 30 days of original purchase
- Product must be unopened (never opened or used)
- RMA required: Contact Customer Service to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization Number)
- Customer is responsible for return packaging and shipping cost
- NOTE: Many products are categorized as hazardous materials (hazmat) under Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. For hazmat labeled products shipping cost are higher than regular items of similar weight and volume
- Restocking fee: 20% of the original purchase price will be deducted from refund
- Bundles & Kits: Must be returned in full, as we do not accept partial returns (individual components)
