Returns
Return Policy
- Must be within 30 days of original purchase
- Product must be unopened (never opened or used)
- RMA required: Contact Customer Service to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization Number)
- Customer is responsible for return packaging and shipping cost. Original shipping cost is non-refundable
- NOTE: Many products are categorized as hazardous materials (hazmat) under Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. For hazmat labeled products shipping cost are higher than regular items of similar weight and volume
- Restocking fee: 20% of the original product purchase price will be deducted from the refund
- Bundles & Kits: Must be returned in full, as we do not accept partial returns (individual components)
Refunds: Please allow up to 10 business days for your qualified return to be processed once it is cancelled or arrives at our facility. Thereafter, depending on your financial institution, it may take a number of days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
