Multipurpose marvel: laundry room & bathroom
A multipurpose laundry room and bathroom was transformed with Azure Blue and English Red EverStain™ — an easy project with clear instructions and a complete DIY kit.
Faux flagstone porch transformation
A three-year-old porch became a hand-painted faux-flagstone floor. After the new slab was hand-troweled smooth and cured for a month, the design was taped off and painted in Coffee Brown for the walkway, English Red for the borders, and Malayan Buff with mixtures in the stones — then sealed with EasySeal™.
Tip: “Some colors — on my floor, English Red — will overpower everything else and lose the contrasting tones. I used a spray bottle and it bled over everywhere even though I thought I was going light. Were I to do this again, I'd use a brush and lightly keep it in the borders, even if multiple passes were necessary… Patience with a project of this nature pays off! Spike shoes are mandatory!”

Cookhouse creativity: a backyard upgrade
A backyard cookhouse got a marbled floor in English Red and Azure Blue. Fiber-reinforced concrete cured 60 days, then English Red went down diluted 1:1 for the first coat and undiluted for the second to marble it — with Azure Blue veins and a Miracle-Gro mix for deeper blues.

An artistic backyard slab
A newly poured 12'x24' slab — destined for a screen enclosure — was acid-stained instead of paved. Azure Blue, English Red, and Blackish EverStain™ built a design of 'lakes' and a 'river,' with Miracle-Gro blue granules for extra pop and toilet-paper strands used to lay out the veins.
Patio perfection: a 35-year-old slab reborn
This DIYer took a 35-year-old patio from drab to striking with Malayan Buff, Desert Amber, and English Red — outlining the sections with the lighter color, filling with Desert Amber, then streaking English Red through it to create depth like wood grain.
Tip: “If you're going to spray, use wide tape to block off things you don't want sprayed.”

A detached garage becomes an architect's studio
An architect converted a decrepit detached garage into a workspace, making the new concrete slab the feature of the room. The slab cured 30 days under plastic film before staining with English Red and Malayan Buff.
