Note on results: every photo here is a real customer project in EverStain™ Coffee Brown. Because EverStain™ is semi-transparent, your final color depends on the starting color and condition of your slab, so results vary. Always test a small area before staining the whole project.

“This was the basement in my personal home — unfinished concrete poured in 1973. It turned out beautiful and I've since completed several other projects for friends.”
Tip: “Have a place to stay for a few days — the fumes were bad due to the lack of windows and air circulation.”

DIY faux-tile floor

One DIYer masked off a faux-tile grid with duct tape and Coffee Brown stain — leaving the lines natural concrete for crisp contrast. Patience and the right tape made all the difference.

“Ashli and I ran a science experiment with four tapes to see which wouldn't bleed — gorilla duct tape won. Pulling up the tape was the most satisfying part: no bleed-through, crisp lines.”
Tip: “Test, test, test. Take your time, and don't wipe in straight lines — go in circles.”

“Invest in a trial kit — you'll want to see the colors in person and how they complement the surroundings. When using a pump sprayer, start each pull off your project to avoid splatter, and use small circular motions. And use a two-man team if you can — one lays the base color while the other follows with the accent.”
