  • Delayed Delivery Times: Delays are due to the shipping companies, not Direct Colors' processing.
  • Free Shipping on Orders Over $199: Available within the contiguous U.S., selecting the most cost-effective method.
 

Shipping Schedule:

  • Business Days Shipping: Direct Colors processes and ships orders Monday through Friday. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends unless the customer pays for premium services.
 

Additional Details:

  • Freight Shipments: Additional charges for special services (e.g., Lift-gate Fees, Inside Delivery) are billed to the customer.
  • Exclusions: Additional charges for special services (e.g., Lift-gate Fees, Inside Delivery) are billed to the customer.
  • Canadian Customers: Ground shipping available with additional duties and taxes.
  • Expedited Shipping: Contact Direct Colors for options. Due to DOT regulations, the following products are not eligible for expedited shipping:

  • Same-Day Shipping: For orders placed before 12pm CST, Monday-Friday.
  • Address Accuracy: Essential to avoid additional fees for changes post-dispatch.
  • Cold Weather Shipping: Restrictions on water-based products during extreme cold.
   

Returns Policy


  • 30-Day Return Window: Products must be unused, unopened, and repackaged in their original boxes and packaging materials to comply with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. These items are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase. Please be aware that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • RMA Requirement: To initiate a return, a Return Merchandise Authorization Number is required. Contact us to obtain this number before sending your item back.
  • Kit Components and Partially Used Products: While we generally do not accept returns of individual components from a kit, if a customer insists on returning a kit component, we will adjust the pricing of the remaining parts of the kit to their individual full prices. The customer will then receive a refund based on the price difference. Please note, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Damage or Loss: Contact Direct Colors immediately for resolution.
  • Special Note on Shipping Costs: Most of our products are categorized as hazardous materials (hazmat) under Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. As a result, shipping costs, especially for returns, are typically higher than regular items of similar weight and volume. Please keep this in mind when considering a return.

  • Eligibility: If you complete a purchase within 48 hours prior to a Direct Colors sale or promotion, you may be eligible for a credit.
  • Conditions: The items purchased must match the sale's specifics, such as size, amount, product type, and minimum order value.

    • Your order number.
    • Reference to the specific sale or promotion.
  • Credit Processing: Direct Colors will review and process eligible credits if all conditions are met.

  • Limitations:
