Location: Suitable for both interior and exterior surfaces.
Cleanup: Water.
Coverage: Approximately 200 sq. ft. per gallon, variable with surface conditions.

How-To Guide

Dilution Rate

  • For the 4-Ounce Bottle: Dilute ProClean Neutralizer™ at a ratio of 1:32 with water, which is equivalent to one half cup (4 ounces) per gallon of water.
  • For the 1-Quart Bottle: Mix the entire contents of the 1-quart bottle with 5 gallons of water to achieve the same 1:32 dilution ratio.

Application

  • Sprayer Setup: Remove filters from the pump-up sprayer, and fill it with the diluted ProClean Neutralizer™ solution.
  • Hand showing filter removal from a pump-up sprayer
  • Footwear: Wear spiked shoes to prevent marking the concrete surface.
  • Surface Application: Liberally apply the ProClean Neutralizer™ solution evenly across the entire surface. Allow it to soak for 15 minutes, ensuring that the solution remains wet and does not dry.
  • Scrubbing Process: Scrub the treated area with a scrub brush or a low-speed floor buffer with a brush attachment.
  • Residue Removal: Use a wet-dry vacuum for effective residue removal. A cotton mop can be used but is less effective.
  • Rinsing Phase: Immediately rinse the surface with water until completely free of residue. Do not allow the solution to dry before rinsing.
  • Drying Period: Let the surface dry for a minimum of eight hours before proceeding with any staining or sealing.
  • Application Temperature: Apply in temperatures between 40°F (4°C) to 90°F (32°C).

Coverage

A standard mixture of ProClean Neutralizer™ (4 ounces per gallon of water) covers about 200 square feet (18.58 m²). Coverage rates may vary depending on surface porosity, texture, age, condition of the concrete, application method, and environmental conditions.

Clean-Up

Simply rinse with water after use.
