This customer used the wet-on-wet layering technique to achieve a rich, natural stone look for their man cave floor. They started with EverStain™ Desert Amber as the base coat, then added EverStain™ Cola to create a marbled, mottled effect while intentionally leaving some areas with just the warm amber tone. Finally, they applied EverStain™ Coffee Brown as an accent, using the veining technique and varying stain intensities to add depth and movement. The result? A one-of-a-kind hunting-themed man cave floor with a rugged, high-end finish.

Please be aware that each photo in this gallery showcases projects accomplished with our EverStain™ Acid Stain and is provided by actual customers, serving as a source of inspiration. However, since EverStain™ is semi-transparent, the final appearance of your project will be influenced by the initial color and condition of your concrete surface, and thus, your final results might vary. For the best results, we strongly recommend performing a small test on your specific surface before applying the stain to the entire project to ensure the final look aligns with your expectations.
The Unique Art of Acid-Stained Concrete Floors

This spacious man cave features a beautifully acid-stained concrete floor using EverStain™ Coffee Brown, Cola, and Desert Amber. While the same stain colors were used as a previous project, the results are completely unique due to concrete composition, application technique, artistic approach, and environmental conditions. Acid stains react differently based on these factors, making each project one-of-a-kind. This is a perfect example of how 30% concrete composition, 30% application technique, 30% artistic flair, and 10% temperature conditions all play a role in the final look.
Vintage Leather Look—A Unique Take on Cola, Coffee Brown & Desert Amber Acid Stains

This customer transformed their game room floor by removing old glued-down PVC tiles and staining the concrete with EverStain™ Cola, Coffee Brown, and Desert Amber acid stains. Unlike previous projects with the same color scheme, this floor developed a rich, vintage leather-like appearance rather than a marbled effect. This variation showcases the unpredictable beauty of acid stains, where concrete composition, application technique, and stain reaction create a completely unique finish every time.
From Bare Basement to a Sleek Game Room with Acid-Stained Concrete

This basement went from unfinished storage space to a warm, inviting man cave with a rich, Coffee Brown and Malayan Buff acid-stained concrete floor. The customer wanted a durable, low-maintenance flooring option that could withstand years of fun. The stain combination gives the floor a deep, leathery look, enhancing the game room’s rustic and cozy vibe. Proof that a concrete basement floor can be both stylish and functional!
Ditch the Carpet—Upgrade to a Durable, Man-Cave-Worthy Concrete Floor
This customer wanted a low-maintenance, easy-to-clean alternative to carpet for his basement man cave. By removing the carpeting and patching holes left by tack strips, he transformed the space with black acid stain, creating a sleek, polished, and rugged look. Unlike carpet, stained concrete is durable, stain-resistant, and effortless to maintain, making it the perfect upgrade for a man cave built to last.

Bold & Custom: Malayan Buff and Seagrass Acid Stain Man Cave Floor
This customer wanted a one-of-a-kind look for his walk-out basement man cave, choosing Malayan Buff and Seagrass acid stains for a natural yet striking finish. Using the veining technique and Miracle-Gro on the Seagrass stain, he enhanced the blue-green tones, creating an eye-catching marbled effect. Inspired by other projects, he took it a step further by staining both the concrete floors and walls, proving that creativity can take a standard space to the next level!
